Decorative epoxy floors
With a unique design floor, it is possible to give the room a completely new identity. Decorative epo floors are available in different colors and patterns.
It is also possible to fully personalize with an image or pattern of your choice.
In public spaces such as restaurants, cafes, shopping malls and commercial premises, the uniqueness helps to highlight the floors in a completely different way and add more “vunki” to the space. The design floor also brings freshness to the classroom or corporate lobbies and meeting rooms, as well as to the floors of private houses and service rooms.
Picture floors
We have developed a flooring solution that allows the customer to send us a picture and we will put the same picture on their floor. Images can be anything from nature to people and buildings. If you want your floor to look like the skyline of New York or the Amazon rainforest, then you can get the floor you need with exactly the right look. Picture floors suitable for any place where you want an exclusive and unique floor. See the work we have already done here!
Mixed floors
The mixed floor gives the floor surface depth and structure. The mixed floor is made by pouring different shades of epoxy resin on the floor and then spreading the spots with an adhesive comb so that the colors are partially mixed. The bolder the combination of colors, the stronger the pattern. If you use different shades and mix less, you can create a calmer floor. The strong-colored sea floor shown in the photo could be suitable for a spa lobby, for example, or even for a nightclub, shop, shower room or office using a different color combination. Oiled concrete
Oiled concrete gives the room a pleasantly rough and uncut look – just as it is fashionable today. With the help of such technology, the unique scratches, cracks and pores of the floor can be emphasized and a surface painted with an artistic unevenness can be easily obtained. The oiled concrete floor is perfect for exhibition halls or loft-type venues, for example. The desired result is obtained by varying the mixing ratio of shade and product. Freehand pattern
The floor made with a freehand pattern is a joint work of art by the designer and the performer, where both handwritings can be seen. The most effective end result is created by large simple patterns, the shape and size of which are well set in advance in relation to the floor surface. With a freehand pattern, you can, for example, divide large open spaces into different parts, pay attention to certain parts of the space, and mark shopping center or hospital routes. The color tones create great contrasts and, for a change, calmer wholes. The width of the line can be adjusted with special watering cans. This work requires great care, but certainly praises the doer. See the work already done here!
Epoxy floor with flakes
The flaked epoxy floor is ideal for a room where the floor must be slightly rough and at the same time easy to clean. Flakes are available in many different shades, which can be mixed together to get unique solutions to suit different tastes. If you feel that your office, home or service space needs more glitter, then this solution is for you. See the work done here!
Solvent pattern
An effective, stone-like floor pattern is created with the help of a solvent. The solvent is sprayed with a spray bottle or garden sprayer, and by adjusting the size of the droplets, it is possible to change the size of the pattern on the floor. The solvent-patterned floor “caresses” the eye even when it is a large surface. The pattern forms a peaceful whole that decorates both large public spaces and small cafes. See the work done here!
Template pattern
Such a floor is well suited, for example, for companies that want to highlight their company logo and, why not, on their beautiful floor. In addition, with the help of stencils, you can create various more and less abstract patterns, which will definitely create a new breath in your business space or private house. See our work here!
Industrial epoxy floors
The main area of activity of Epoproff OÜ is selling, installing and renovating epoxy floors. We use only high-quality epoxy resin from well-known producers like Tikkurila, Basf, Teknos and Caparol to create our floors, which makes them especially durable and able to bear significant loads while being decorative and easy to maintain. Epoxy floors are monolithic, easy to maintain, colourful, durable, practical, exclusive and comply with all requirements and directives of the European Union. Thanks to these properties, epoxy floors are widely used in industrial, service and production spaces.
Today, they are increasingly used in homes, garages, offices, shops, bathrooms, saunas, balconies, terraces and utility rooms as well as on stairs and even in modern living rooms.
If you are looking for a company that can install even the most complex and high-quality epoxy floor, you are in the right place!
Epoxy floors get their strength and durability foremost from their thickness. It is crucial to choose the appropriate floor covering for the expected load. The durability of epoxy floors depends on proper work techniques and materials. It is important to impregnate the concrete with sealer as this will ensure the epoxy adheres well and lasts for decades.
Here is a small overview of epoxy floorings and their prices per 100 m².
Epoxy paint, epoxy varnish
Layer thickness 0.1-0.2 mm. Epoxy paints and varnishes cover concrete with a protective, easily maintained and dust-free layer suitable for rooms with light loads, for example, utility rooms, boiler houses, pumping stations, substations and storage facilities with light loads. Epoxy varnish covers concrete with a strong transparent layer of varnish, which creates the look of wet concrete. Epoxy paints can be coloured according to all colour charts. When worn, floors covered with epoxy paint or varnish can be renewed or covered with a thicker and more resilient coating.
Price: 5-10 €/m²
Self-levelling epoxy coating
Layer thickness 0.5-2 mm. Self-levelling epoxy coatings are perfect for rooms with heavy loads. The thicker the layer, the stronger and more durable the floor is. We usually install self-levelling epoxy coatings in storage facilities, garages, stairwells and production and service rooms. We recommend choosing the thickness of the layer based on loads and requirements. If desired, coloured chips can be added to self-levelling coatings to make the floor even more decorative. All coatings can be roughened according to your wish. Self-levelling epoxy coatings are available in all tones according to colour catalogues.
Price: per 1 mm 13-20 €/m²
Self-levelling polyurethane coating
Layer thickness 1.5-2.5 mm. Self-levelling polyurethane coatings are suitable for surfaces with a substrate of plywood, asphalt, etc. They create a slightly rubbery coating, which plays well with the substrate. It is similar to self-levelling epoxy coating in its other properties.
Price: per 2 mm 18-25 €/m²
Epoxy sand anti-friction coatings
Layer thickness 3-4 mm. These coatings are used for covering floors that must withstand large mechanical and chemical stresses, for example, in industrial enterprises, repair shops, professional kitchens and other similar spaces. We have installed epoxy sand anti-friction coatings in garages, terraces, balconies and outdoor stairs of homes. The durability of the coating can be improved through the application of an even thicker layer (for example, a 6 mm anti-friction coating). We can roughen it according to your requirements. The tone depends on the chosen sands. We offer a wide variety of coloured sands.
Price: per 4 mm 21-30 €/m²
Epoxy bulk coatings
Layer thickness 2-3 mm. Epoxy bulk coatings are used in places where the coating must be rough yet durable, for example, in restaurant kitchens, balconies, stairs and the food industry. When we use acrylic (i.e. quick epoxy) as a binder, we can finish the floor in a day and the floor can be used on the same day. This coating is perfect for the front steps of private houses or apartment buildings, balconies and places where activity must be able to resume quickly.
Price per 3 mm: 20-25 €/m2
Stone flooring
The thickness of the layer is 6-18 mm, depending on the chosen stones and their size. Stone flooring is unique, exclusive and original. The gaps between stones can be filled with epoxy varnish to make maintaining the floor easier. Stone floorings are mostly used in official spaces like car salons, sales halls, shops and restaurants. They are also widely used in bathrooms, saunas, toilets, entrance halls, balconies, terraces and the stairs of private houses. We offer a wide variety of granite and natural stones.
Price: 30-100 €/m² (depending on the size of the stones and the varnish filling)
Antistatic self-levelling epoxy coating
Layer thickness 2 mm. This coating is used in industries where static electricity should not be present (e.g. the electronics industry and operating rooms). It looks similar to self-levelling epoxy coating with small wires mixed in to lead static electricity in the floor towards earthing cables. Price: 25-35 €/m²
Chemical-resistant coating
Layer thickness 6-9 mm. Made especially for floors in spaces where acids, alkalis and other chemicals are handled. Also withstands great loads. Used in the food, metal and chemical industries.
Price: 65-130 €/m²
